The location was perfect for us, as there was a restaurant within walking distance and a park nearby, right in front of the train station.

the staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable, complete with a spacious bathroom and a nice view of the city. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, with local products and fresh fruit. the hotel offers value for money. I was disappointed that the airport shuttle pick-up was not reliable, and the noise level of neighboring guests could be heard through the thin walls.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to the new side of Astana by walking or taking affordable transport. We especially enjoyed exploring the tourist attractions in the new part of Astana, just a short distance away. we would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and reasonable location.

The breakfast was good and plentiful with a lot of choices. the hotel is conveniently located close to a bus station which makes it easy to get around. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The airport shuttle service was unreliable and caused us extra stress during our business trip. We had to find our own transportation and the local taxi drivers were very aggressive and tried to overcharge us.

I had a great stay in this small hotel during my business trip. The staff was very kind and enthusiastic, making me feel at home. Although I liked the private yard, it was quite noisy from early morning till night. I left my key at reception for room service, but nobody cleaned my room during my stay.
